These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to transactions completed through the Velisseay store and supplement our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

You must possess the legal capacity to enter a valid purchase contract within your region. You are responsible for keeping your contact, delivery and billing information accurate, as well as safeguarding all activities conducted under your customer account.

Contract Formation

Items shown in shopping cart and checkout page constitute an invitation for you to submit a purchase offer. A legally‑binding sales contract for our blush cosmetic goods takes effect only after we formally accept your order and send out an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. Automated order confirmation emails do not prevent subsequent checks for pricing mistakes, fraud screening, or inventory status verification.

Available delivery alternatives differ depending on shipping destination and cosmetic stock status. Risk of product loss shall pass in compliance with local consumer‑protection legislation. Where permitted by applicable law, title to Velisseay blush products remains with Fenyang Xinqinjing Communication Technology Co., Ltd. until full payment has been successfully received.

Returns and Statutory Rights

All return and refund matters are subject to our published Return & Refund Policy. Statutory cancellation entitlements, product compliance guarantees, warranty coverage and other consumer rights granted under local laws remain fully valid. Such legal rights shall prevail whenever clauses within these terms provide lower levels of user protection.

Events Outside Reasonable Control (Force Majeure) Velisseay

shall not be held accountable for delays or failure to perform obligations brought about by circumstances beyond reasonable foresight and control. Such circumstances include, without limitation, logistics carrier interruptions, natural disasters, official governmental measures, labour strikes, infrastructure breakdowns, and large‑scale network or service disruptions.

Severability & Contact

Should any clause within these terms be deemed legally unenforceable, the rest of the contractual provisions shall stay fully valid and operational.
